I just bought one as well. I noticed that when the crown is all the way pushed down it still rotates and was wondering if that is normal. Other watches I’ve had aren’t able to rotate when pushed down and I was curious.

We just bought this topper, in part, because of your positive review. We discovered that what is now in the box was not the product you reviewed. Tempur-Pedic replaced it with an inferior foam product that they now call Tempur-Material, but the box looks the same otherwise. Tempur-Material is less dense and less supportive than memory foam that expands back to its original shape much more quickly. The substitute topper is white, not blue, and it expands to its final shape almost immediately--not after 72 or 48 hours. They removed the information insert that you showed in your video, probably because it no longer applies to what is inside the box. They kept the same price so that they could sell the product to people who watched past reviews of the "Serenity" product like yours. Also, we found the the dimensions for the queen size had shrunk slightly--two inches shorter in length and 1.5 inches narrower in width. Given that the product you reviewed is no longer sold at Costco, we urge you to remove it or post a disclaimer. We were disappointed and felt victimized. Tempur-pedic should not have marketed this product under the "Serenity" name and used the same look and feel of the packaging.

How is yours holding up? Really liked this fire pit, got it last year. Went to start it this year and the knob will not turn. Rusted line and even with knob pulled off, can't turn with pliers. Such a disappointment. Also, paint chipping on side. Stayed covered all winter!
